Have a Question?

Know more about WalkInVirtualClinics

You are certainly able to request to see a specific doctor, although their availabilities will vary from week to week. If you are more comfortable seeing a doctor of the same sex, or have other requirements, feel free to mention it to our staff when they call to confirm your appointment.

Feel free to enquire about anything you would be able to diagnose or treat at a walk-in medical clinic. The services offered by WalkInVirtualClinics are not suitable for medical emergencies like anaphylactic shock or heart attack. Otherwise, we can probably handle it.

All our doctors are licensed to practice general or family practice medicine with the Royal College of Canada and in good standing with the Medical Council of Canada. The only difference between the doctors at WalkInVirtualClinics and a standard walk-in clinic or urgent care clinic is that your consultations are done online, not face to face.

Our clinical services are free for holders of BC MSP, OHIP, and AHCIP.

It’s always a good idea to have additional health insurance if you can afford it, especially if you are taking medication. It can cover additional costs like paramedical care or crutches.
